The Intel Core i7 14700F is a 20-core desktop processor launched in January 2024. Part of the Core i7 lineup, it utilizes the Raptor Lake Refresh architecture on the LGA1700 socket. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading technology, the core count is effectively doubled to reach a total of 28 threads. The Core i7 14700F features 33MB of L3 cache and operates at a base clock of 2.1GHz, boosting up to 5.4GHz depending on the workload. Intel manufactures the Core i7-14700F on a 7nm production process. The multiplier is locked.

With a 65W TDP, the Core i7 14700F consumes power levels typical of a modern PC. This Intel processor supports dual-channel DDR4 and DDR5 memory.
